1. Customers may request the Fidelity Card free of charge at any MU LA GELATERIA FAI DA TE store.
2. The Fidelity Card is issued to you personally and is non-transferable.
3. The Fidelity Card allows the holder to earn loyalty points in accordance with this regulation. Points are awarded upon presentation of the Fidelity Card at checkouts.
4. When a customer spends a minimum of €2.30 (two point thirty) or more, one point shall be credited to his/her Fidelity Card. No points shall be credited for purchases under €2.30 (two point thirty).
5. The points awarded are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
6. The Fidelity Card promotional campaign is valid from 10 June 2014 to 9 June 2015. Once the customer has been awarded 10 (ten) points he/she may request a discount voucher worth €3.50 (three point fifty). In the event that a customer fails to earn ten points or to request for the discount voucher within the promotion's deadline, the appropriate store shall automatically cancel accumulated points.
7. The discount voucher is valid for 15 days from the date it is issued and must be redeemed in their entirety. The discount voucher must be redeemed in one visit occurring exclusively within the store that issued it.
8. The marked discount voucher shall only be used in stores belonging to the Mu La gelateria fai da te network to purchase products distributed by Mu La gelateria fai da te.
9. Damaged, torn or deteriorated discounted vouchers may be refused.
10. This Regulation is subject to change or amendments. Any prejudice caused to Fidelity Card holders, including invalidation of the card and / or the benefits accrued, shall not entitle the holder to any compensation. The store is not required to notify and / or provide explanation to the Fidelity Card holder.
11. Loss of the Fidelity Card results in a loss of the points accumulated. The customer can still forward a request for a new Fidelity Card
12. Collected data shall be used to manage the Fidelity Card campaign in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 196 of 2003 and subsequent amendments and additions.
